Aesthetic Clinic Manager, Clinical Collaboration Center.

This Clinical Collaboration Center (CCC) will be the first one of its kind within the TSK Laboratory Global Group and we are looking for a Aesthetic Clinical Manager who will be responsible for building this center from the ground up. The CCC is expected to open in January 2027 and this position will still play an active role in completing the final set-up and will be responsible for the opening and starting up operations.

This person will work together with the Managing Director and Global Marketing Director in launching the new Clinical Collaboration Center and to manage all day-to-day operations, promoting the clinic and organizing training events.

Clinic set-up and manage operations:

Overseeing and coordinating the final design of two treatment rooms and injection control room.
Organize installation of new equipment and clinic management software.
Start promotional activities in collaboration with our marketing team, recruit patients and plan for training activities.
Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and business strategies to ensure smooth and efficient clinic functions.

Budgeting and financial management:

Responsible for executing a short and long term plan for the Clinical Collaboration Center.
Planning and managing the clinic's budget, overseeing billing and payroll, and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
Work closely with the Financial Manager and Quality Assurance/Regulatory to ensure Ensuring the clinic adheres to state and federal regulations and healthcare best practices.
Handling administrative duties, maintaining patient records, and communicating with external partners and vendors.

Patient service management:

Promote the clinic and recruit patients.
Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure high standards of patient service.
Make sure that that there are tools in place for patients can schedule and appointment, patient visits are well coordinated and after care is offered.

Organizing training and collaboration events:

Work with global Key Opinion Leaders to coordinate training events.
Organize all details for training events including promotion, scheduling, hotels, catering and transportation.

Functie eisen

Experience in managing a clinical, preferable an aesthetic injectable clinic.
A solid understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related responsibilities.
Fluent in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT and the willingness to learn new software. Knowledge in clinic management software is plus.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Primarily work in an clinic environment. Periodic weekend or evening work could be expected sometimes.

The Clinical Collaboration Center will operate as a high-end aesthetic clinic that will have limited opening hours to the public. The Center will furthermore be used as a training center, a center to display new innovations and a place for companies and doctors to exchange ideas . The goal is to provide the best patient care and to have global trainers (KOL’s) educate and train medical professionals. The main focus will be on aesthetic injectables, but we would also like this center to have a training function for other markets in the future.
