TSK Laboratory Europe continues to expand and with the completion of our new Clinical Collaboration Centre, our new high end office and modern distribution center, we have plan to aggressively grow our team in the next year. You'll be part of building something new: our state-of-the-art Clinical Collaboration Centre opens in the Eindhoven area in early 2027, and this role is central to making that happen.

This global expansion also brings the need for a global ERP system, more global finance integration and global reporting responsibilities. Our financial compliance responsibility include all local reporting, internal reporting and annual control audit . This position will not only be responsible for managing the daily bookkeeping and financial system maintenance responsibilities at TSK Europe, but also support the European expansion plans of TSKEU. Given our rapid growth, this role offers accelerated development opportunities for the right candidate.

Controlling:

  • Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
  • Produce monthly financial reports and sales analysis to shareholders.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Ensure that we comply with all federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable is collected promptly.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts and GL accounts.
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.

System Analysist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the accounting, purchase and sales modules in EXACT online and the warehouse management software BizBloqs.
  • Producing specifications for new or modified ERP systems worldwide.
  • Liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems.
  • Implementing new systems at TSK Europe.
  • Evaluates manual and automated financial accounting work processes, systems, and procedures for efficiency of workflow.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the overall processes and initiatives are compliant with all applicable external standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support with the day-to-day business activities in Europe when needed.
  • Manage one direct report, Accounting Assistant and act as working supervisor.

Functie eisen

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT and the willingness to learn new software. Knowledge in EXACT or other accounting systems a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Primarily work in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company subsidiaries and other TSKI offices.                                                      Core Competencies:
